Mom'S Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Heat milk to almost a boil. Let cool down some.
  3. Add oil and lukewarm milk to dry mixture to make dough.
  4. Put in a warm place and let it rise double.
  5. Sift softly; spread on a floured wax paper to about 1-inch thick and sprinkle with melted butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Roll into a long roll and cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch pieces.
  7. Place in pan and let rise again in warm place.
  8. Top with melted butter (and more cinnamon-sugar mix, if desired) and bake at 425u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
