Tomato and Okra Milky Way Somen Noodles for Tanabata
- 4 servings Somen noodles
- 8 Okra
- 2 Bell peppers
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Plum vinegar (or salt)
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Cut tomatoes into 5 mm cubes, mix the ingredients and chill in fridge.
- Lightly blanch the okra and slice.
- Cut out the bell peppers with a star-shape cutter.
- Finely chop the other vegetables and boil.
- Cook the somen noodles.
- Arrange Steps 1, 2, 3 together on a plate, and it's done.
