My Shepherd's Pie

• 2 lbs roast beef, Left over
• 1 large onion
• 2 packages bovril powder
• 12 cup water
• to taste mashed potatoes

1. Grind the roast beef.
2. Saute the onion and add Bovril, water, and
3. beef.
4. Cook for a short time.
5. Put in a casserole.
6. Top with mashed potatoes and put in 375 F oven for about 30 minutes.
7. Brown under broiler.
8. I must admit that I sometimes use a gravy mix instead of the Bovril and about 2 cups of gravy as a replacement is wonderful.
