Cinnamon Cream cheese Rollups
- 1 loaf white bread, crusts cut off
- 1 packages 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- Flatten the bread using a rolling pin.
- Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese in a small bowl.
- In another bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar.
- Set aside.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture, about 1 tablespoon, on your flattened bread.
- Then roll it up jelly roll style.
- Dip the roll into your butter.
- And roll it around your cinnamon and sugar mixture until coated.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
