Dilled Honey-Mustard Cole Slaw

  1. Whisk vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl.
  2. Gradually whisk in oil in slow, steady stream to form thick dressing.
  3. Add cabbage, carrots, apples and dill and toss well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until well-chilled.
  5. (can be prepared 1 day ahead).
  6. When ready to eat, give the salad a toss, drain any excess liquid off and adjust seasoning to taste.
