Chicken And Tomatoes

  1. Cut
  2. chicken
  3. in 1-inch pieces.
  4. Dredge it with mixture of 1 tablespoon soy sauce, sherry and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Heat pan.
  5. Add
  6. oil.
  7. Saute
  8. dredged chicken until tender. Add onions and
  9. fry
  10. a
  11. few
  12. seconds.
  13. Drain
  14. chicken
  15. and
  16. onion. Preheat pan
  17. and add 2 tablespoons of the drained oil, remaining
  18. 1 tablespoon cornstarch, remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, salt, sugar and soup stock.
  19. Boil a few seconds. To the boiling sauce,
  20. add chicken, onions and tomatoes.
  21. Heat thoroughly and serve
  22. hot.
  23. May be made in advance to the point of adding the chicken, onions and tomatoes.
