Skinny & Scrumptious Fruit Salad

  1. Remove skin from all fruit and cut into one inch sizes.
  2. Lightly toss all ingredients except endives, 1 tbsp.
  3. walnuts, and one orange.
  4. Squeeze juice of additional orange into salad and toss again.
  5. Arrange 5 to 6 endive stalks on each plate.
  6. Place fruit in center and sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
