Kentucky Spoonbread

• 1 can cream style corn
• 1 can whole kernel corn
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 stick margarine

1. Melt butter, beat eggs, and combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl (do not drain corn).
2. Pour in 9x13 pan and bake for 40-45 min at 375F.
