Spaghetti Casserole(Servings: 10)

  1. Brown ground meat and drain.
  2. Add onion, garlic, celery, parsley and olive oil to meat and cook until onion and celery are soft.
  3. Add tomatoes, puree and paprika.
  4. Cook until well blended and thick and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add sliced green olives, if desired.
  6. Boil linguini in salted water; drain.
  7. In a casserole dish, mix noodles, spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, in 350u0b0 oven until warm, 30 minutes.
