Crock Pot Turkey Breast
- 1 lb potato, I use Red Bliss
- 1 turkey breast, bone in and skin on
- 2 (12 ounce) jars turkey gravy, I use Heinz Home Style Turkey gravy
- 12 ounces water
- 12 cup butter, 1 stick
- salt and pepper
- Rinse turkey breast.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wash and cut potatoes in wedges and place in bottom of crockpot.
- Place turkey breast on top of potatoes.
- Add 2 jars of gravy and 12 ounces of water and butter.
- Cook on low for 13 hours.
- Remove turkey breast and remove skin and debone.
- Slice or shred turkey.
- Return turkey to crockpot.
- Serve with potatoes and broth.
