Chicken Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  1. Cut tops from peppers, remove seeds and membranes and wash inside and out.
  2. Place peppers, one c. water and salt in saucepan; cover and cook about 8 min; drain well.
  3. Add in remaining c. water to sauce mix and bring to boiling; add in corn, chicken, pepper and poultry seasoning.
  4. Pile mix loosely into peppers; sprinkle with crumbs and paprika.
  5. Place in shall baking dish; add in water to cover bottom of dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
  6. Serves 6.
