Amberjack Teriyaki in a Frying Pan

  1. Lightly sprinkle flour over the amberjack using a tea strainer.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the amberjack.
  3. When they are browned, flip them over and cook the other side.
  4. Add the mixed ingredients, and turn the heat up to high and simmer until you get a glossy finish.
