Amberjack Teriyaki in a Frying Pan
- 2 Amberjack (buri)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Lightly sprinkle flour over the amberjack using a tea strainer.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the amberjack.
- When they are browned, flip them over and cook the other side.
- Add the mixed ingredients, and turn the heat up to high and simmer until you get a glossy finish.
