Healthy Breakfast Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, I use my hands.
  3. You need a big bowl.
  4. Use parchment on a baking sheet for best results, or spray with oil.
  5. Drop by 1/4 cups, or ice cream scoop onto prepared baking sheets, about 2" apart and flatten into 1/2 inch tall circles with damp hands.
  6. Bake for between 8 and 11 minutes depending on how done you want them.
  7. I like them on the soft side, so I do 9 or 10 minutes.
  8. Cool.
