Easy Slow Cooker Chile Verde
- 3 pounds Pork Stew Meat (or You Can Use A Boneless Pork Roast And Cut It Into 1" Pieces)
- 2 cans Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Green Chili Sauce (the One With Pork If You Can Find It)
- 1 can Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Chopped Fine (or Used Canned)
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped Finely
- Put everything in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Serve with rice, cheese and tortillas.
- For more heat you can use more jalapeno or jalapeno juice.
