Vegan Chocolate Truffles

  1. Warm soymilk until hot to the touch.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in large metal bowl set over saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in warmed soymilk until smooth.
  5. Cover, and refrigerate 4 hours, or overnight.
  6. Place cocoa on plate.
  7. Shape chilled chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls, and roll in cocoa.
