Buri (Amberjack) Teriaki with Garlic Seasoning

  1. Combine the * ingredients, and marinate the fish in it for about 30 minutes.
  2. This step is optional, but marinating makes it extra flavorsome.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, then first grill the top side of the fish.
  4. Thoroughly draining the sauce before grilling will prevent burning.
  5. After it cooks through, add the *ingredients, and coat the fish until glossy.
