Heavenly Hummus
- 1/4 cups Tahini
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1- 3/4 cup Cooked Garbanzo Beans (or One 15 Oz. Can, Drained And Rinsed)
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
- 3 Tablespoons Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt, Adjust To Taste
- 1 Pinch Ground Paprkia
- 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1.
- Add the tahini, lemon juice and orange juice to the base of a food processor.
- Process for a minute, or until it turns into a fluffy paste.

- Add half the garbanzo beans and process for another minute.
- 3.
- Add the other half of the garbanzo beans and the rest of the ingredients.
- While the processor is running, add the water one tablespoon at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
