Napolitan Hot Milk Soup Pasta
- 100 grams Spaghetti
- 1/4 Onion
- 1/2 Green pepper
- 3 Wiener sausages
- 200 ml *Milk
- 1 1/2- tablespoons *Ketchup
- 1 1/2 tsp *Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1/2 tsp *Consomme stock granules
- 1 *Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 Grated cheese
- Cut the onion into thin slices along the grain.
- Cut the green pepper into half vertically, then cut into thin slices.
- Cut the sausages into thin slices diagonally.
- Boil the pasta for 1 minute shorter than directed on the package.
- Cook the sausages in a deep non-stick frying pan without any oil.
- Add the onions, and cook until slightly wilted.
- Add the green peppers and cook briefly.
- Add the * ingredients.
- If you'd like more soup, add 50-100 ml of milk, and adjust the flavor to taste.
- Add the boiled pasta and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving plate and top with coarsely ground black pepper.
- Top with grated cheese if you like!
