Granola-rama (pan-roasted granola)
- 3 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp honey
- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, and peanuts)
- 1 cup dried fruits (rasins, currants, mangoes, daets, and berries)
- 1/2 cup fresh fruits (optional upon consumption)
- Pan roast 3 cups of rolled oats on a cast iron pan - constantly storing to avoid burning.
- Once the oats appear to be slightly tan in color add in the 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 3 tablespoons of oil.
- When the oats turn a deep tan color add in the honey, nuts, dried fruits, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, turn off the fire and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- (optional) Once done add freshly chopped apples, papayas, kiwi, berries, grapes, bananas, or yogurt And lastly Enjoy!!
