Granola-rama (pan-roasted granola)

  1. Pan roast 3 cups of rolled oats on a cast iron pan - constantly storing to avoid burning.
  2. Once the oats appear to be slightly tan in color add in the 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 3 tablespoons of oil.
  3. When the oats turn a deep tan color add in the honey, nuts, dried fruits, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, turn off the fire and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. (optional) Once done add freshly chopped apples, papayas, kiwi, berries, grapes, bananas, or yogurt And lastly Enjoy!!
