Bea's Recipe for Basic Asian Soup
- 3 cups broth, vegetable, chicken or 3 cups beef
- 34 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- handful chinese noodles, broken up
- 13 cup red pepper, chopped
- 13 cup mushroom, sliced
- 13 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 large green onion, sliced
- 3 heads baby bok choy, root removed
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon veg oil
- Bring to a boil the first 7 ingredients, turn heat down and simmer until veggies are almost done.
- If using meat, toss in now.
- Add onion and bok choy.
- Keep simmering until all veggies are cooked.
- Add soy sauce and veg oil.
