Winter Salad Bowl
- 12 cup raw parsnip, grated
- 2 tablespoons sweet onions, chopped
- 14 cup celery, chopped
- 4 stuffed olives, chopped
- 14 teaspoon salt
- French dressing
- 13 medium head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Marinate parsnip, onion, celery, olives and salt in French Dressing for 1-2 hours.
- Just before serving, add lettuce.
- Toss lightly with mayonnaise.
