Gourmet Potatoes

  1. In saucepan, put cheese, 1/4 cup oleo and soup; heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  3. Peel and finely chop the potatoes.
  4. Mix with chopped onion and prepared sauce.
  5. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together crushed corn flakes and 2 tablespoons melted oleo. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned.
  7. Serves 8 to 10.
