Kabob Pockets Recipe

  1. Cut meat and vegetables into bite sized pcs.
  2. Lightly brown the meat of your choice (unless you are using pre-cooked sausage).
  3. Spray sheets of aluminum foil lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Place a few pcs of each ingredient on the foil, and fold up into a "pocket".
  5. You may want to double wrap the pocket because the juices can seep through.
  6. Place into a baking dish or possibly pan and bake at 400
