Kabob Pockets Recipe
- smoked sausage, beef, chicken, or possibly pork
- your favorite vegetables
- suggestions: potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, cabbage, onion
- cooking spray
- Cut meat and vegetables into bite sized pcs.
- Lightly brown the meat of your choice (unless you are using pre-cooked sausage).
- Spray sheets of aluminum foil lightly with cooking spray.
- Place a few pcs of each ingredient on the foil, and fold up into a "pocket".
- You may want to double wrap the pocket because the juices can seep through.
- Place into a baking dish or possibly pan and bake at 400
