Red Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes until done.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Put potatoes into a bowl and cool completely in the refrigerator.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, brown mustard, salt and pepper.
  5. Add bacon and chives.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Toss potatoes into mayonnaise mixture.
  8. * This salad is best if made at least 6 hours before serving so the flavors have time to marry.
