Chocolate Crackles

  1. Sift together the powdered sugar and cocoa powder into a large bowl.
  2. Stir in the crispy rice and coconut.
  3. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
  4. Stir in the dry ingredients until well-mixed.
  5. Scoop small portions of the mix into paper muffin cups.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until firm and serve.
