Italian Edamame

  1. Put frozen edamame in a bowl and cook for about 2 minutes, just until they are no longer frozen.
  2. In a small food processor, combine olive oil and garlic.
  3. Process until well combined.
  4. Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat.
  5. Add the edamame and toss for a few seconds.
  6. Add the garlic oil and saute for a minute or two, stirring constantly.
  7. Add breadcrumbs and Romano cheese.
  8. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
