- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 -12 ounces 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1 (12 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 7 ounces chicken rice-a-roni
- for a soupier recipe add fat-free half-and-half (optional)
- add some twang with poultry seasoning (optional)
- green beans (optional) or corn (optional) or lima beans, to get your veggies for the day (optional)
- put chicken & soups into the crockpot, turn on low for 8-10 hours.
- When you are ready to eat, cook the rice according to the package directions.
- Serve the chicken and gravy over rice.
