Marinated Chicken Wings Recipe

  1. Mix marinade; pour over disjointed chicken wings.
  2. Let stand in marinade at least 3 hrs to overnight (overnight is best).
  3. Bake in shallow "roll" pan 1 hour at 350 degrees with the marinade poured over, then pour marinade off and bake 20 min longer to create a glaze.
  4. Or possibly, put chicken wings and marinade in an electric skillet at 325-350 degrees and cook with lid on 45 min; remove lid for 15 min.
  5. Electric skillet method makes a stickier, thicker glaze.
  6. Either method is very good!
