Shiitake Mushrooms Sauteed with Butter and Soy Sauce
- 10 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 dash Garlic soy sauce or soy sauce
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 Shichimi seasoning
- Remove the stems from the shiitake and make small criss-crosses in the surfaces.
- Heat a frying pan, add the butter and the shiitake and fry them on both sides.
- Finally, add the soy sauce and stir-fry quickly.
- Transfer them to a serving plate and season with shichimi spice.
