Shiitake Mushrooms Sauteed with Butter and Soy Sauce

  1. Remove the stems from the shiitake and make small criss-crosses in the surfaces.
  2. Heat a frying pan, add the butter and the shiitake and fry them on both sides.
  3. Finally, add the soy sauce and stir-fry quickly.
  4. Transfer them to a serving plate and season with shichimi spice.
