My Cottage Cauliflower Cheese Pie
- 3 medium potatoes peeled
- 6 Florets of Cauliflower
- 100 grams Chedder Cheese Grated
- 50 grams Mozzerella Cheese Grated
- pinch Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Granuals
- 1 tsp butter
- Boil the potatoes until soft
- Steam the Cauliflower until cooked
- Using half the Grated Chedder Cheese add to a small saucepan and add 1 quatre of Milk stir when boils turn down and simmer for 3 mins.
- Or use a Cheese sauce mix about a quatre of a cup.
- Mash the potatoes in a little butter
- Pour cheese sauce into a jug and keep until later.
- Add the cooked Cauliflower to an ovenproof dish and mash in the cheese sauce and Garlic Granuals with a fork, then add the mashed potatoes on top.
- Add the Mash Potatoe over the top of the Cauliflower Cheese, dig ridges on top of the mash.
- Then cover the Top in a little grated Mozzerella Cheese.
- Put into preheated oven 170 or gas 6 for 10 - 15 minutes until all browned and crisp on top .
