My Cottage Cauliflower Cheese Pie

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft
  2. Steam the Cauliflower until cooked
  3. Using half the Grated Chedder Cheese add to a small saucepan and add 1 quatre of Milk stir when boils turn down and simmer for 3 mins.
  4. Or use a Cheese sauce mix about a quatre of a cup.
  5. Mash the potatoes in a little butter
  6. Pour cheese sauce into a jug and keep until later.
  7. Add the cooked Cauliflower to an ovenproof dish and mash in the cheese sauce and Garlic Granuals with a fork, then add the mashed potatoes on top.
  8. Add the Mash Potatoe over the top of the Cauliflower Cheese, dig ridges on top of the mash.
  9. Then cover the Top in a little grated Mozzerella Cheese.
  10. Put into preheated oven 170 or gas 6 for 10 - 15 minutes until all browned and crisp on top .
