Marinated Beef Kabobs

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients; stir well.
  2. Add meat.
  3. Cover; marinate 12 hours in refrigerator, turning meat occasionally. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade.
  4. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
  5. Grill over medium coals 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness, basting with marinade.
  6. Serve with rice, if desired.
  7. Yields 12 servings.
