Apple Ginger Ale

• 12 cup apple juice
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root juice
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons artificial sweetener, to taste
• 12 cup bottled soda pop
• 1 pinch salt

1. Mix all ingredients except the soda in a glass.
2. Top with the chilled soda.
3. Drink/ Serve immediately.
