Tosa-Style Green Bell Peppers

  1. Remove the stem from the green peppers and cut in half.
  2. Remove the seeds and cut into chunks.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the peppers.
  4. Add the ingredients and stir-fry rapidly.
  5. Mix in the bonito flakes.
  6. Arrange on a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
