Biscottini Di Pratto/Cantucci Recipe

  1. Beat the Large eggs with the sugar, add in all the other ingredients but the flour.
  2. Fold in the flour with a wooden spoon to a stiff paste.
  3. With floured hands make four sausages and put on two floured trays.
  4. Cook at 200C for 40 min, remove from the oven and slice thinly.
  5. Return to the oven, reduce the temperature and cook till crisp.
  6. Serve with vin santo.
