Spicy Chicken Chili

  1. Brown Cubed chicken breast and ground bulk sausage together.
  2. Add cajun seasoning, cumin, ground red pepper, pepper flakes and 1 cup onions - Simmer until onions are transparent.
  3. Do not drain unless your sausage is really heavy with grease - you will want some sausage grease for flavoring.
  4. Add remaining onions, McCormick seasoning, jalapenos, pinto beans and chicken broth.
  5. Simmer all for 45 minutes.
  6. Add more chicken broth to lessen thickness as needed.
