Grandma B's Porcupine Meatballs

  1. Mix ground beef, onion, green pepper, rice, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into approximately 20 meatballs.
  3. Mix soup and water (mix in same bowl as meat mixture to incorporate crumbs into sauce); pour over meatballs.
  4. Bake covered at 350F for 1-1/2 hours.
