Chunky Mango Guacamole

  1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados and season with salt, pepper and the lime juice.
  3. Stir in the cilantro, red onion, garlic, mango, habanero pepper and red bell pepper.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
