SNACKWELL'S Double Chocolate Mousse
- 3 cups cold fat-free milk
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided
- 8 OREO Sugar Free Chocolate Creme Sandwich Cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- Pour milk into medium bowl.
- Add pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
- Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
- Spoon about 2 cups of the pudding mixture into 1-1/2-quart serving bowl; top with 1/2 of the chopped cookies.
- Repeat layers.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and raspberries just before serving.
