Egg Burgers

• 3 lbs (1.4 kg). hamburger
• 6 eggs
• 1/3 cup (80 ml) oyster sauce
• 2 tbsp (30 ml). soy sauce

1. In a bowl mix oyster sauce and soysauce; set aside
2. Make 6 hamburger patties fry until almost cooked
3. Spread sauce mixture over patties.
4. Cook until done.
5. After patties are cooked set aside.
6. Use the same pan with sauces in it fry eggs over easy.
7. Put both on a bun and enjoy!
