Pork Tenderloin with Veggies

  1. In a medium fry pan, heat olive oil.
  2. Add onion, carrots, bell pepper, turnip and half of the seasonings.
  3. Saute on medium-high heat until onions are translucent and veggies are just tender.
  4. Add sliced pork, reduce heat to medium, add remainder of spices, and continue cooking until pork is hot, about 10 minutes.
