Pork Tenderloin with Veggies
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Onion, Halved Then Sliced
- 2 whole Carrots, Sliced Chunky
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Halved Then Sliced
- 1 whole Turnip, Peeled, Quartered Then Sliced
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Oregano
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dry Basil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 pounds Pre-cooked Pork Tenderloin, Sliced
- In a medium fry pan, heat olive oil.
- Add onion, carrots, bell pepper, turnip and half of the seasonings.
- Saute on medium-high heat until onions are translucent and veggies are just tender.
- Add sliced pork, reduce heat to medium, add remainder of spices, and continue cooking until pork is hot, about 10 minutes.
