Sour Cream Beef Enchiladas
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 package Fajita Seasoning Mix, 1 Ounce Package
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 can (10-14 Oz. Size) Green Enchilada Sauce
- 1 package Burrito-sized Flour Tortillas, 10-12 Count
- Brown ground beef with onion.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in cheese and seasoning mix.
- In a saucepan mix together the soups, sour cream and enchilada sauce.
- Heat over medium heat.
- Place browned meat mixture in flour tortillas and roll up.
- Place seam side down into a greased 8x11 baking dish.
- Pour sauce over tortillas.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
