Sour Cream Beef Enchiladas

  1. Brown ground beef with onion.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in cheese and seasoning mix.
  4. In a saucepan mix together the soups, sour cream and enchilada sauce.
  5. Heat over medium heat.
  6. Place browned meat mixture in flour tortillas and roll up.
  7. Place seam side down into a greased 8x11 baking dish.
  8. Pour sauce over tortillas.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
