Simple Simons Stunning Spareribs

  1. Trim any excess fat from the ribs and arrange them in a single layer in a large,shallow pan.
  2. Combine wine, vinegar, brown sugarand soy sauce.
  3. Pour over the ribs once mixed.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or until done,basting occasionally.
