Prawn Mousse

  1. Combine dip, chopped prawn, gelatine mixture, lemon juice, chives and parsley.
  2. Gently fold through the beaten egg white.
  3. Spoon mixture into 12 x 1/2 cup capacity serving dishes.
  4. Chill for 2 hours or until set.
  5. Serve with Turkish bread or water crackers.
