Prawn Mousse
- 220g tub KRAFT Prawn and Crab Dip
- 500g chopped, cooked prawn tails, shells removed
- 2 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved into
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 3 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks
- Combine dip, chopped prawn, gelatine mixture, lemon juice, chives and parsley.
- Gently fold through the beaten egg white.
- Spoon mixture into 12 x 1/2 cup capacity serving dishes.
- Chill for 2 hours or until set.
- Serve with Turkish bread or water crackers.
