Manda's Salsa
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with juice
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed, minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- Combine onion, garlic, jalapeno and a little liquid from can of tomatoes in a food processor.
- Chop until you get the texture you desire.
- Pour above mixture into a bowl.
- Chop up tomatoes next, then add to onion/garlic/jalapeno mixture.
- Add all other ingredients and stir.
- Add salt to taste, if needed.
