Festive Fruit Pizza

  1. Press cookie dough onto bottom of greased 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. Bake as directed on package until golden brown; cool.
  3. Spread crust with pineapple spread; top with fruit.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
  5. Cut into 16 wedges to serve.
  6. Store leftover pizza in refrigerator.
