Chang's China Red Sauce Maybe
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 ounce white vinegar
- 12 ounce chili oil
- 12 teaspoon chili paste
- 1 ounce granulated sugar
- 12 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- sesame oil, to taste
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Mix soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, chili paste, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and chicken stock together.
- Heat it all up on medium low.
- DO NOT LET BOIL.
