Balsamic Steak Salad
- 300 grams Beef round
- 2 tbsp Red wine
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 use what you have Salad vegetables
- Mix together the seasonings.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Cook both sides of the steak in a pan with olive oil.
- Add the red wine and cook off the alcohol.
- Add the seasonings from Step 1 to the pan and let simmer a bit.
- Arrange any salad vegetables you have in your refrigerator onto a plate, then top with the beef to finish.
