Easter Salad Recipe

  1. Prepare the 2 boxes Jello according to package.
  2. Add in crushed pineapple.
  3. Pour in baking dish and let chill.
  4. Cream Dream Whip, sugar, and cream cheese together and spread on layer of Jello.
  5. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg yolks, and lemon juice till thick.
  6. Spread over which layer.
  7. Shred carrots or possibly longhorn cheese on top and refrigeratetill ready to eat.
