Spicy Cheddar Popcorn Mix
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Popping Corn
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Salted Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 1- 1/2 cup Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, Finely Shredded
- 2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- Kosher Salt To Taste

- Prepare all of your ingredients.
- 2.
- In a large heavy pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
- Pop the corn until no kernels are left to pop, about 2-3 minutes.

- While your popcorn is popping, melt the butter in a small pan.
- When the popcorn is done, remove from the heat and drizzle the butter over the popcorn and then toss to coat.

- Add everything else to the popcorn and gently toss the popcorn to evenly coat it with the rest of the ingredients.
- Season to taste with kosher salt.
- Serve immediately.
