Broccoli Casserole

  1. Cook broccoli according to directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Melt butter, saute onions and celery until tender.
  4. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  5. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Blend in soup.
  7. Add broccoli and mushrooms.
  8. Bake in greased casserole, covered, at 350u0b0 for about 30 minutes or freeze and bake at 375u0b0 for about 1 hour.
  9. Serves 8 to 10.
  10. This can also be used as a dip.
